To pay by telephone or online banking, please get in contact with your own bank. You’ll need to quote:
- Your customer reference number (front of your bill, right hand side)
- Our sort code: 40-11-18
- Our account number: 55130719
Pay at the Post Office, at a bank, or at your nearest PayPoint outlet. Please ask for a receipt.
Cheques should be made payable to South Staffs Water Business. Please ensure your customer reference number is quoted on the back of the cheque and sent to South Staffs Water Business, Green Lane, Walsall, WS2 7PD.
You can also pay by cheque at a Post Office or bank. If you need a receipt please ask for one.
